HOTEL REYANSH

Reyansh had been the best stay for us with our kids, we had a little child with us, we were so well taken care of by the whole staff. They had been so caring just like a family brother. I would also suggest you to try the food which is amazing in taste. Also the tea loved it.Overall I would be rating them ?/ ? for their Food for their Room, Services Price and behaviour.keep up the good work we would love to come there once again.

Breakfast was fine.

Early timing for booking of dinner

I stayed only for few hours and the found the hotel comfortable. The room was neat and clean and the staff was courteous. The food was ordered in room and it was good.

Only thing was that one of the rooms geyser and shower has small problem which was reported. Rent was not high but a bit higher for a small stay.

Best hotel in tanakpur I must say. .. Neat and clean.. Decent size rooms.. On main road.. Just 5 -7 min walk from railway station as well as bus stand.. Taxi available for poornagiri right outside the hotel... Food is yummy... Rates are reasonable... Owners manager staff very cooperative.. Few issues.. No credit or debit card swipe machine in hotel... Either cash or upi payments accepted.. Another is the LIFT facility in the hotel.. Rooms are on first and second floor... No lift present.. Elderly people with issue climbing stairs may find it difficult. Rest all good... Parking available... Washrooms spotless with geyser in each washroom for hot water.. Rooms are AC... Airtel Hd dish Tv in each room...complementary water bottle per day..Wify with appox 70-100 mbps speed active inside the hotel.. Restaurant in-house from 7 am to 9 pm..

Hotel is located in Tanakpur mid town in very easy to reach location. Hotel has been maintained very neat and clean. Response and behaviour of staff is very very good. It feels like stay in the comfort zone.

I found Reyansh meeting my expectations from the Hotel services perspective. It was clean, staff was cooperative and LOYAL, food was good. I forgot one small bag there, which had thousands of Rupees and the staff and hotel manager returned it even when I left the hotel after all full and final payment.

I believe, the hotel is not super friendly for specially abled people. My mother had a Wheel chair and there was no provision for her to even reach the Reception. I believe that is only improvement I can suggest to the hotel for now.

Good location - a little away from the main highway. Helpful management and staff. Modern fittings, neat and clean, good AC. Simple, hearty food.

No lift, only stairs.

Location of the hotel is right next to highway with ample parking space. Rooms were spacious. Room, bathroom, bed were spotless clean. Overall a great stay in Tanakpur. Would recommend all (couple, family)

Staff was courteous. Hotel was clean.

Food order took long. No complimentary tea/coffee. Should have provided at least 2 towels in each room (given that it was known ahead of time that there will be 2 people staying per room).
